RussNeft shareholders fail to agree on dividends for 2022
MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian oil company RussNeft have failed to decide on dividends for 2022, and the company expects no new vote to happen, a company representative told PRIME on Friday.

“The decision was not made, and another vote was not scheduled,” the representative said.
RussNeft previously paid U.S. $0.816 per preferred share, or a total of $80 million, in dividends for 2021, and $0.612 per preferred share, or a total of $60 million, in final dividends for 2020 and for 2019. The company paid no dividends on ordinary shares for the years.
